As the founder of Beauty in Brokenness, an online foundation dedicated to supporting rape survivors through psychological therapy and career reintegration, Ma. Katrina saw an opportunity to empower individuals in need. The first beneficiaries of Beauty in Brokenness became A+ Virtual Pro’s pioneering team members, trained to work remotely and rebuild their lives with dignity.
